Residents are expected to begin moving into the third condominium building in the RiverPlace development in October.
Bryan Blackwood of Coldwell Banker Caine said all 27 condos in The Terrace at RiverPlace have been sold and most of the closings will be completed by the end of October.
The Terrace is the fifth building within RiverPlace in downtown Greenville. Master developers Bob and Phil Hughes plan a total of nine buildings on 10 acres along the Reedy River between South Main and Academy streets.
The Terrace, which is the second project in RiverPlace developed by Allora LLC, is 130,000 square feet. Along with residences, it has retail and office space.
The Bounce Agency has moved into one of those spaces, Blackwood said. Donald A. Gardner Architects Inc. announced it is planning to move its headquarters there.
The Greenville company also developed and designed the 155 RiverPlace condo building, which has been completed for a little more than a year, said Jennifer Jeffries, sales and marketing manager for Allora.
Allora, a Donald Gardner company, predominantly designs and builds luxury single-family houses in places like The Cliffs and high-end resort communities.
"Within that, we were able to start broadening and diversifying some of our design skills and our company by going into the multi-family side of our business, which are high-rise condos, duplexes, triplexes and things like that," Jeffries said.
Allora's other local projects include The Edge at North Main, The East Broad Street condo complex being constructed in Spartanburg, and The Fitzgerald in Asheville.
Jeffries said Allora was also involved in the Field House at West End, a 40-unit residential project with one- and two-bedroom flats.
Among the attractions of the Terrace are its offerings of "incredible views," Jeffries said.
"Some (units) have views of Greenville, the Westside and then looking back over the Peace Center. And then there are a few condos in there that have just a cool design element," she said
Blackwood said a majority of the Terrace residential occupants will be local folks, but others moving in are from as far away as California and Florida.
